My wife's company has 1 foreign employee, who has a WP and a 1-year Non-Imm B visa. He is not married to a Thai national. The company is a start-up, and it doesn't have 1,000,000 left in working capital and the P&L is a loss every month. The employee's visa will expire in April. Will he have to leave Thailand every 3 months to get a new Non-Imm B visa, extend the WP for 3 months, etc.? If so, where is the best place for him to go? Thank you for your help.

Does he or doesn't he have to leave Thailand every 3 months? If he does, the cost of a visa run to Australia is too high. Any alternatives?
