kralledr Posted December 22, 2019 Share Posted December 22, 2019 Hello, So i did order a new phone via amazon, it was a hard time tp get the parcel, first it was delayed 2 times, then held a week by costoums, then 2 days by a local agent, when i got the box all content inside was some travel power plug.. Now amazon refuse to refund me, they claim i lie and so on , i told then then block the imei number,and refund me my 25k... Now can i do a chargeback i did use scb ultra platinum credit card.?! Maybe your best choice would be to call tomorrow and request to be transferred to the right department where they also can speak English if you do not master Thai. First they note over the phone , then either email you or tell you where to download form , fill it out along with evidence and email it back .
