That's why when I sat in the sun at 11:45 to warm up my feet nothing happened!

Pulled into the restaurant at Mae Kuang Dam and a guy in the parking lot handed me a piece of plastic envelope like FedEx uses...."look at the sun" through it....and yes, there it was. Whoda thunk it?
