My friend is here from UK and has run low on his heart medication sotalol beta blocker.I have asked in a good few chemists today in Bangkok and am having no luck. Sheryl Posted December 26, 2019 Share Posted December 26, 2019 This drug is not available in Thailand. 2 similiar (but nto identical) drugs that are, would be: Atenolol Metoprolol I suggest he contact his doctor and ask about switching to one of these.
