OF the 16...... some were in the back...

It is not specific but 'very possibly' the 2 that died may have been the only ones in the back.....

THAILAND 'COULD' LEARN from this that those inside were safer than those in back...... 

But spell it out for them and paint them a picture.... and they still 'won't learn'......

RIP to the 2 youngsters who became statistic of stupidity.... (More stupidity = the teacher driving overtaking and smashing head-on into the van or tree)
