April 2, 200719 yr Here's an easy recipe so you can make your own if you would like..... Maple 1 pound ground pork (approx. half kilo) 3 tablespoons maple flavored syrup 1 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon MSG (such as Accent) 1/4 teaspoon coriander Combine all ingredients for the flavor of your choice in a medium bowl. Form the sausage into patties and cook in a skillet over medium heat until brown. Makes 1 pound of sausage.
April 2, 200719 yr Perhaps some people will disagree but I prefer the Northern and/or the North Eastern sausages that I get from Carrefour and other s/markets, either ready cooked or uncooked. They have real pork and although maybe a little spicey have a far better taste than most sausages bought here!
