Overthinking and Underpreparing

Featured Replies

OK, so my Visa is up and Im going to Siem Reap etc for a bit.

Then Im gonna come back here, mess around, then head to Shanghai. I have no flight there yet, but I have a flight out of Shanghai back to the World booked already for the first week of March.

Ill probably come back in to Thailand Feb 27, either via Hat Lek or fly in to DMK.

Is it worth my time to pay the extra $7 for a E-Visa and then have to schlep to get it printed, or is it just as easy to get one on entry.

I may want to stay a week past my 30 days, so I might extend. Or I might go to somewhere else before I head to shanghai. Regardless, do I need an "out" ticket within 30 days?

Do I really need to have 20k THB with me? Has anybody been actually jacked for that?
