They run their emergency (flashing) lights even when they are just transporting someone from one hospital to another. It is not an emergency, not much different than a taxi ride. The public knows this, that is probably why they don't treat it the same way as in the Western world. Make them not use the flashing lights unless it is a bona fide emergency.

Pick up driver is insane. Should be in prison, not on the road.
