Going On Holiday From Thailand For Three Weeks

Featured Replies

I am going to go to NZ for three weeks on the 10th May. I currently have a multiple entry non-immigrant B visa and have used one entry which expires on the 15th May. Will I get another 60days when I re-enter Thailand on the 4th June? and will my Non-imm B visa still be valid? I've heard that it isn't valid if you leave the country, but you have to leave the country to get another 60days don't you?

Hope someone can clear this up for me.

thanks a lot

If you really have a multi entry non immigrant visa you should have received a 90 day entry rather than the 60 days you are talking about so first we need to know what exactly you have and the expiration date on the visa itself.

If you really have a multi entry B visa valid for one year from date of issue any entry should provide a 90 day stay so you just return to get a new 90 day stay.

If you have a two or three entry tourist visa and it has not expired on June 4th you will receive a 60 day permitted to stay stamp.

If you have a 1 year multi entry Non B visa, you can enter and exit as many times as you like while your visa is vaild. You will recieve 90 days stay permission every time you enter Thaialnd.

Yeah, sorry, my mistake, I got 90 days which expire on the 15th May 07. I travel to NZ on the 10th May 07. So my Visa looks to be safe. Thanks a lot for the info everyone, really appreciate it.

cheers.
