Yet another armchair dictator. Just because someone drunk too much one time doesn't make them ineligible to travel. Yes, people should drink responsibly, but also poor construction standards is to blame. Rails in Pattaya are ridiculously low and dangerous - if you are anything taller than a midget then they will not stop you from falling. 100% of these accidents could've been prevented if rails were just higher. What's the logic behind building them so low? I love Pattaya, but I try not to stay in rooms with a balcony as I never feel safe there.

Next time, don´t give away so much of yourself. Your comment says a lot about you. So, you just posted that a person that can handle his intake of alcohol and don´t drink more than he can control himself is a perfect human. Yeah, ok, that might only be in your book. Normally i takes a lot more to be perfect depending on a great variety of factors. With that said, I have never talked about a perfect human.

That's the nature of problems drinkers, though.  Most of the guys who think they're handling it are just sheer dumb luck away from falling off a fire escape, getting killed on the road, or getting the <deleted> beat out of them for their behavior.  Fortunately, the odds are stacked in a drunk's favor.  Even more so in locations with decent building codes and $$$ liability for fobbing off more drinks on an already drunk patron.

 It happened to me quite a few times that I woke up next to a girl that looked so sexy the night before, just because I was under the influence of booze. ( I'm not a severe alcoholic)

 

If they'd revoke the passports of all US citizens who drink hard liquor, not many Americans would come to Thailand.
