As a German citizen, I'd love to have our old and stable currency, the German D- Mark back.

 

Even when too many Thais believe that all Germans are considered  filthy rich, the ordinary German Hans might be able to have one short holiday per year where each baht has to be turned around twice. 

 

  Nobody and I mean nobody was even asking us if we wanted to have the Euro as the "new currency". Prices doubled up within one year and the government always lied to them, sorry, to us. 

 

Of course did all the wannabe politicians not have any problems to begin with.

 

Once the "Green Party", I was a follower of, turned out to be as greedy as all the others were, it was quite obvious that nobody could be trusted, regardless what party they were in. 

 

Now Germany pays for all and everything, other ex- Eastblock "European countries" and those who just spent too much money without having any.

 

Greece is the best example how things can go wrong. What do I have to do with a 55 year old Greece retiree who worked five years for the government?

 

  The Brits want their Brexit, and I'd immediately vote for a Gerxit. Germany still pays way more money for nothing than the UK currently does. Why? 

 

  ( German exit from the damn European community, where nobody seems to care.)

 

I blame the politicians for the situation that retirees have to look for bottles to have enough money to have enough food on the table each month — what a shame. 

 

What does an unmarried German who's working three shifts think when certain nationals who made their way to Germany, drive BMW's and Mercedes Benz only, but none of them is working?

An unmarried worker pays up to 45 % taxes per month. 

  And if you ask them ( Asylum seekers, or already "integrated folks") a question, they answer with " Nix verstehen. Auslaender." ( I don't understand, I'm a foreigner). But they all know the essential words like Kindergeld, Sozialhilfe, etc.. ( Money for kids, social help, etc.) 

 

That includes money for the Holy Roman Catholic Church, who do not seem to have a problem to visit Germans at their homes to ask for an additional donation.

Unfortunately, is Germany still believing that we all have to be sorry for what our forefathers did? 

 

One of them was the holocaust, where I had absolutely nothing in common with. 

 

 And when people stand up for their rights, they're easily called Nazis. 

 

I fully understand that the show must go on. But please, with politicians who do know how to run a country and not these muppets.  

 

That's mainly the reason why I left this country.

Also another big plus for Vietnam. Bottles of wine for 100 thb. 

 

I can see why Vietnam is getting popular. Thailand is still my home but I'll probably be spending more time traveling over here instead of in Thailand moving forward.

Local Thai will gain nothing from Chinese tourists as the venues are all Thai Chinese.
