PM to inspect officials health screening passengers at Suvarnabhumi airport

 

 

Prime Minister Prayut Chan-o-cha will tour Suvarnabhumi international airport on Wednesday to observe officials screening passengers arriving from China, as part of the measures to prevent the spread of novel coronavirus 2019 and to offer them moral support.

 

Meanwhile, the cabinet today appointed Public Health Minister Anutin Charnvirakul to head an ad hoc committee to handle the coronavirus situation.

 

The Prime Minister assured families of Thai students, trapped in the Chinese city of Wuhan, that the Government has already worked out a plan to evacuate them back to Thailand and is awaiting a greenlight from the Chinese government.

Pointless exercise, and cannot really see what his presence is going to do.

I think he is pretty clueless about the events going on, but thinks by showing his face, people will think he has his finger on the pulse.

Yes, and after he have made his inspection the level of security automatically went up by 300 %.

That, when in fact the machines probably stopped working in protest to his revolting physical presence.

What a total waste of space he is.

What was the point in him being there, except to take people away from their work, while they are bowing and scraping in front in him.

Prayut appointed Anutin as public health minister as a deal to get BuamJaiThai on the government side after the votes were counted. Anutin has a degree in engineering or something. Prayut has also zero experience in public health. It’s like the manager of your restaurant appointed the local bricklayer as head chef in exchange for some faked good reviews and 150 guests have just turned up.

Times like this the Thai need guidance, help and solid advice.... this shower of s**t government have failed them big time, unfortunately the parliamentary elections are every 4 years but the military installed senate elections are every 5 years....

And yet 2 days ago he was on his soap box saying Thailand had it 100% under control !!!

A three cornered hat  is all that's missing from the PM's photo stand and deliver that's a nice ring????

And after a rigorous health inspection,... the General-Medical-Expert-in-Chief has declared Thailand to be 100% safe and completely open to all manner of Chinese business.

They setup a system to detect symptomatic cases of fever, it works and some of them even have the virus they were looking for.

 

So now... impossible question: how many people infected with the virus are going slipping through the controls because of the incubation period or fever suppressing medicine ?

It would be good if he set an good example by wearing a more efficient face mask..

I would like to suggest that instead of a face mask, he should wear a plastic bag

over his head, tied tightly around his neck to make sure that he is safe from the virus.

Actually the mask is not useless and inefficient. Its smart to wear one at the airport, bus station, train station, trains, or immigration , and I am serious.

Thank god for civilized countries with people appointed leaders! They will clean up this idiots mess. Can someone please test this idiots IQ. He aint qualified to tie his shoes and infact probably cant but one things for sure there will be a committee to overlook the shoe tying process and still have no idea.
