The westerly trough across the North and the upper Northeast as well as the weak high-pressure system that covers upper Thailand and the South China Sea will bring cool to cold weather with minimum temperatures in the range of 11-21 degrees Celsius in the North and the Northeast.

Isolated light rain is forecast for the central and the eastern regions, Thailand Meteorological Department forecast on Thursday (Feb. 6) .

In the central region, including Bangkok and its vicinity, the southeasterly winds across this area will bring isolated rains and increase dust or smog conditions. In the North, more dust accumulation is expected in the morning due to air stagnation.

The weather forecast for the next 24 hours is as follows:

Northern region: Cold weather and fog in the morning; temperature lows of 11-16°C and highs of 31-34°C. Temperature likely to drop to 3-14°C on hilltops.

Northeastern region: Cool weather and fog in the morning; temperature lows of 18-21°C and highs of 32-35°C. Temperature likely to drop to 10-15°C on hilltops.

Central region: Fog in the morning and isolated rains; temperature lows of 23-24°C, highs of 34-35°C.

Eastern region: Fog in the morning and isolated rains; temperature lows of 21-26°C, highs of 32-34°C; waves a metre high.

Southern region (east coast): Mostly cloudy with thundershowers in 10 per cent of the area; temperature lows of 20-26°C, highs of 31-34°C; waves a metre high.

Southern region (west coast): Mostly cloudy with thundershowers in 10 per cent of the area; temperature lows of 20-25, highs of 33-36°C; waves 1-2 metres high.

Bangkok and surrounding areas: Fog in the morning and isolated rains; temperature lows of 23-26°C, highs of 32-35°C.

Same same in upper Isaan ; I'm in Sakon Nakhon province;

problems on my two eyes ; I need to often wash them .

For two days the sun has had great difficulty in coming out of the mass of pollution that the high pressures bring to the ground; when it barely leaves, the sky is white, milky ..
