Will there be any assistance to all those who are now out of work? If they are in the Social Security Fund I believe there is some small monthly benefit payable but I imagine many will not be in the Fund

True. Although I would expect hotels and registered guest houses to pay staff social Security monthly payments. Most private businesses normally not pay this.
