Thai labor law makes it impossible to deduct wages.

Getting a small rock under/embedded in a wheel can force it to stop moving and scratch the surface as the cart is dragged. I've seen the same thing happen in my home country. 

It has happened to me with wheeled baggage in an airport as well. 

Is this the dastardly culprit? Looks friendly enough to me!

I had a trolley like her one. It was a D7F... used for scrub clearing, stickraking and dam building...

Which scratch is it?? The white one or the greeny one. I just ask as one is at 90 degrees to the other. Which makes me question what or how this happened. If it happened at all.
