Cancel work permit with Non O marriage visa

Who and how do I cancel my work permit ? I have a non o visa by marriage. The school gave me letters but when I went to labor they wouldn’t let me cancel it? Who does what????

I have what I thought is one but it’s in Thai, but the officer wouldn’t except it. I think he was saying the school needs to cancel it?

When mine got cancelled, the company cancelled it and gave me all the paperwork. It was through boi though so it may be different.

The school has to cancel it. There's a fine of up to 20,000 THB if they don't do it right away. (for them, not you)
