Can anyone tell me if its possible to get a sick note within Thailand which will be accepted by their employing company in the UK? lopburi3 Posted February 26, 2020 Share Posted February 26, 2020 Medical Certificates are routinely issued by hospital doctors here in English or Thai and are signed by patient and doctor and provide treatment diagnosis as well as any suggested time off from work and have hospital stamp so expect they would be accepted.
