Thai sick note

Featured Replies

Apologies if this is in the wrong thread. Can anyone tell me if its possible to get a sick note within Thailand which will be accepted by their employing company in the UK?

I do not see why not. On the other hand, it will come down to what trust your employer put in you and a Thai doctor.

...and whether the Thai doctor can write in English or the UK employer can read Thai.

Medical Certificates are routinely issued by hospital doctors here in English or Thai and are signed by patient and doctor and provide treatment diagnosis as well as any suggested time off from work and have hospital stamp so expect they would be accepted.
