Not just this white farang.

       I saw this also in Siem Reap, Cambodia at the night market.

    Old Cambodia woman with small girl child. The little girl laying on a blanket on the ground appearing to be half dead. Eyes looking glazed over, drooling out of side of her mouth but breathing slowly. The old woman with container out for people to give her money in the packed busy market full of Cambodians and westerners of mostly the backpacking generation. 

    It was well known in the area that Cambodian parents and even grandparents would heavily drug little girls and boys to make it seem they were very sick, and then beg for money. 

    Maybe this creepy farang learned this scam from creepy Southeast Asian parents themselves.
