Looking For A Camera With Remote Control And WiFi

Change of mind about my next camera. Instead of a "Super Macro Point And Shoot" camera, I'm now looking for a camera with a good zoom and one that has a remote control that can turn the camera on and off, and start/stop videoing, and transfer the videos files to a PC or Google Drive by WiFi, also remotely.

Any ideas or experience?

The reason for this is that I've placed a bird bath in my garden which I keep topped up using water from the garden tap that very slowly passes water through a pipe buried under the "grass" (or "dirt" as it is now).

So the birds are now going crazy washing, drinking and playing in the bath. As you can see, filming from a mobile phone through a bug screen does not produce good results:
