Foreign parents kids born in Thailand

Japanese parents, 2 youngsters born in Thailand would the children be able to have property bought in their name?

 Being born in Thailand does not confer nationality rights nor any special privileges of any kind. The children are considered foreigners. As such they can only own condominium unit same as any other foreigner,
