zyphodb Posted March 4, 2020 Share Posted March 4, 2020 Hi people, Does anyone know if you can download a vehicle change of owner form for the previous owner to sign so I can just take a signed copy of his ID and signed copy of form and the book to the transport office without having to take the previous owner there? Ha, come to that presumably I need to know what to fill in as well before I get to the office lol. Thai burocracy is a wonder to behold...
