Extend Tourist Visa?

Hi guys. I have SETV(single entry 2+1 months tourist visa) second month will be expire on 1 may. 

 

1)Can I extend 30 days more before 1 may with 1,900 Baht or should I wait until 1 may?

2)I’m a Turkish citizenship and right now I’m in Buriram. As I know you need to get letter from your embassy for extend visa etc. This rules for all countries or do I need letter also for extend tourist visa? Because Turkish embassy only in Bangkok.

If you have not done the 30 day extension of the 60 day entry from your visa you can do it without a letter from your embassy.

The letter is only needed for getting a 2nd extension.

You should apply about a week early for your extension. No need to wait for the last day since the extension starts from the end of permit to stay not from when you apply.

Sorry my bad. I enter Thailand on 3 march and today is 30 march. So I’m in here 27 days until now. 

 

And my visa(60 days) will expire on 1 may. If I want to extend before 1 may, from now I can go any immigration and can extend without letter? But after 90 days done (cannot leave Thailand because of covid19) if want to extend need letter from embassy. Am I right? Sorry.

Yes that is correct at this time. Things may change though before then.
