Profesor Porntippa Lekcharoensuk, head of Microbiology and Immunology study at Kasetsart University

Not trying to downplay the professor's opinion, but I have seen reports, from people in the field, saying there is no threat from one's pets.

COVID isn't uncommon in animals. It's the passing between species that is very uncommon.

There are reports of animal shelters being overburdened by paraniod people dropping off their pets. This "infected pet" hysteria needs to stop!

The World Health Organization has announced that dogs cannot contract Covid-19.

Dogs previously held in quarantine can now be released.

To be clear,

WHO let the dogs out.

The Thai Government refuses to accept a WORLD HEALTH Authority dictate as it is NOT Thai but farang and what the hell do Farangs know about Thailand ………...Sometimes you see why Thailand is thought of as it is !!

It is irresponsible spreading malicious rumours when dogs in China was reportedly thrown from balconies when someone started saying dogs carried the virus.

Still I see the wet markets are back open.
