Hi,

i have never done a visa extension before i live here and have had a non o visa based on marriage

i am still married but work in vietnam and only get back for 2 4 week trips a year,so i thought i

would save the 10,000bht and just come in on the 30 day tourist visa (that's backfired now) i

renewed it last time in loas now i have to go to khon kaen immigration to do the extension

i have seen picture's that people have put on here from different immigration center's in

thailand and they all seem to differ, can anybody confirm if i'm right as to what i have to take to get a 30 day extension

blue/yellow book, passport, wife's i.d/passport,2 photos, registration cert for the land plus all

photocopied is their anything i'm missing,

Thanks,

You can apply for a 60 day extension to visit your wife.

You wife will need to be with you when you apply.

You will need your marriage certificate, copies of your wife's house book registry and ID card.

If you are living at a house your wife owns her house book will be enough for proof of residence.

You will need a completed TM7 application form with a 4 X 6 photo attached.

No photos are needed for a 60 day extension at KK immigration. Only some odd offices have asked for them.

You can download, complete and print 2 sided this Fillable TM7 form.pdf

The fee for all extension is 1900 baht.

Thankyou for your help
