Cloud gaming availibility in Thailand

Featured Replies

Moved to Thailand not too long ago, and didn't had a change yet to buy a console or gaming laptop/computer.

I was looking at Google Stadia yesterday but saw it isn't rolled out in Thailand yet, same as other competitors.

Does anyone know of a provider that does offer this in Thailand?

Before I can possibly answer your question: define "provider" and "this".  You already know Google Stadia isn't available in Thailand, so just what is your question.

Sorry, got a hangover from another dimension

I mean, is there a streaming service for gaming that works in Thailand?

I online game with a PS4 console. PS Now is not available. An Xbox console is another option, but I don't know if their streaming service is available here. I believe the nearest PS servers are in Singapore and Xbox's are probably there also. I think Steam is used by a lot of PC players. You'll need to use Google for more info.

Steam works fine.

There's https://vortex.gg and they have a data center in Singapore which might be doable for Thailand. (see https://vortexgg.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/360016167574-Where-are-your-servers-placed-)
However their gaming library isn't great. They tout ~170 games for 15$/month (You need to buy bigger games yourself) and most of them are pretty old like GTA V or Doom 2016.

I haven't tried it yet but I think I'll give it a spin next month!

I have tried, and paid for vortex... It was beyond horrible. Dont spend your money on it. I have decent internet but Fortnite was unplayable.
