I would recommend Vijthani Hospital as have used for last year. Initial visit required that procedure and treatment was not started for a week to allow body to rid itself of aspirin (after getting doctors OK) and they check blood pressure before each treatment (believe it is under University of Frankfurt Dental Collage supervision). She did treatment in two visits and believe each was about 1,500 baht. Routine cleaning/exam six months later was one visit for about 1,000 baht.
