Looking for condo near beach, 1BR < 30k

I plan to move in the Pattaya area at the end of this year, and am currently looking for potential condos to rent.

My must have requirements:

- Near beach, with nice seaview

- Fibre internet

- 1BR for less than 30k, preferably closer to 20k

I don't mind if it's Pattaya or Jomtien, but looks like Jomtien has more options and is cheaper. Not too far away from the city, thus not further out than "Ocean Marina Yacht Club".

Do you have any recommendations for condos which fulfill my requirements?
