To be pedantic....there is no such animal as a retirement visa.....the correct term is "annual extension of visa for retirement"....

AFAIK, there are no "new" changes...conditions are still the same......search this forum for details...........but there is a lot of wild uninformed scaremongering coming from some people............ Best to ignore that....until changes are announced officially!

It seems the use of the word "new" on Thaivisa is similar to its use in advertising, costs nothing to use, attracts attention and is rarely true.
