Visa extension

Could someone please clarify, my retirement visa is do for a extension on May 20, am I still required to do this given the government's new guidelines, they say all visas are excluded until July 31.

You should apply for your extension. No reason not to do it.

IMO it is a bit of grey area about skipping your extension during the "amnesty". I am reluctant to suggest not doing it due to no clarity that you would be able to apply for your extension without problem.
