Si Net Wi-Fi payments

Featured Replies

The kiosks are closed and this month NO PAPER BILL found it's way to my mail slot. I paid last month with a paper bill at 7/11. They are not answering their help line because no staff. This online site is less than helpful as I do not read Thai and a lot is in Thai. Oh, And no app on phone.

Any ideas how to pay? I have the old  bill from last month. Same Amount. Last & only recourse is to take the old bill in and see if I can use that to pay, and or give them my account and or billing number. And yes I know Si Net sucks, but  .... here I am.

Thanks for any and all responses.

Just a thought, do you have online banking ? Perhaps they are listed in the utility companies and you can pay through that.

I found the login page on their website for doing payments. https://customer.sinetfttx.com/Main/Login

It also has buttons off the apps.

I paid mine online through their website. Just put in your passport number and your bill comes up. Paid with debit card.

Using the link ubon joe linked, it will not come up with my account number - my customer number and my passport number. All of which they ask for.

I'll go back to their website to check passport number access there.

Thanks all

Hey thanks all, used a different portal link. and it accepted the passport number! I have pdf of the bill, so I am sending copies to myself and then take tablet to 7/11. I could not get the online form to accept a transfer ... yes I am sure I am not doing it right but. Armed with a cyber bill I should make it!
