What are you actually trying to do?

 

Ask whoever is asking for it for a sample of what they are expecting, then copy it with the relevant detail and signatures/stamps.

And therefore would see that ''companies formations'' are responsible for the issue of such certificates in the respective country where the company is registered and where all of the companies statutory documents are filed.

Do you mean 'nangseu raprong nitibukon' (หนังสือรับรองนิติบุคคล) which can be obtained from Dept of Business Development - this is a 1-page document that confirms a company is legally registered and has not been wound up/struck off etc.

 

You can apply for it either at DBD or online. If it is this document and your accountant hasn't heard of it, I suggest you look for a new accountant.
