What are you actually trying to do?

 

Ask whoever is asking for it for a sample of what they are expecting, then copy it with the relevant detail and signatures/stamps.

Do you mean 'nangseu raprong nitibukon' (หนังสือรับรองนิติบุคคล) which can be obtained from Dept of Business Development - this is a 1-page document that confirms a company is legally registered and has not been wound up/struck off etc.

 

You can apply for it either at DBD or online. If it is this document and your accountant hasn't heard of it, I suggest you look for a new accountant.
