Where might I find mineral drops to add some minerals to drinking water?

My friend's grandmother is suffering from frequent cramps. Someone told her to warm the part up when it happen but I dont think it will help. I heard somehwere that cramps in elderly people are more likely from mineral deficiency, and bottled water here seems to be RO water stripped of minerals, so I want to suggest adding some trace minerals to her drinking water except that I cant find the product for it.

Not looking for mineral tablets. My point of this is not only to take minerals from water, of course food is a better source, but to prevent leeching of minerals by drinking demineralized water.

I know you stated you don’t want tablets, but if they do the job of eliminating the cramps why not. I suffered from cramps especially during and after long flights.I started on Magnesium tablets  1 daily fixed the problem.Cannot help you with a water additive not familiar with any such remedy.

Why not buy mineral water? Minéré is only a few baht more expensive than regular drinking water.

Is she taking any medications?  They can be a side effect of some.  Been there.
