Would it not be possible to lockdown Pattaya as it it was a couple of weeks ago?

Then businesses,beaches etc could be opened again with ,as this is a safe zone, little risk of infection.tracking etc.would be reasonably easy.i realise that there are not enough residents to make every business profitable but it would help

The lockdown was more inconvenient than the beaches being closed. You can't swim in the sea in Pattaya anyway. Covid-19 can be transmitted via human feces.
