I don't think it was a simple mix-up.  The complex process of scanning and squirting needs thorough training and ongoing auditing of each individual to ensure the highest standards are maintained.  The system failed this woman.  I am hoping CP will leave no stone unturned in the quest to find the answer.  Thank goodness the video was working.

Seems like every time I go to 7-11 my temp is 34 degrees. Everywhere else it is 36 to 36.4. So if my real temp was 38, it would register 36 at 7-11. Maybe they should check their equipment.
