flight Thailand - Philippines June 2020?

Hi,

 

friend (Filipino) needs to fly early June from Bkk - Clark, is this possible under the current lock down? found flight with Scooty via SGP from 1st June onward but not sure if they will be cancelled? possible 14 day quarantine is not the issue.....just needs to get out of TH and to PH as soon as possible

You can get in to Philippine if you are philippine citizen.  Outbound flights should be available but at inflated rate

As of now the Philippines is following much the same rules for entry as Thailand - ie no tourists allowed in. In addition, the Philippines has a huge backlog of OFWs (sailors, cruise ship workers, domestics, maids etc) to be repatriated, the quarantining of whom, like for Thailand, can only be coped with slowly.

So the answer is almost certainly no.
