Hun Sen questioned what benefit Beijing would get from having a base in Cambodia while it already has bases in the South China Sea, to the east. thats a spinner. so now he is saying that china does have use of them but not exclusively and why would they want to anyway. doesnt bother me whatever it is but its interesting that he is always getting into a twist trying to explain this away
