Someone mentioned that Khao Lak isn’t selling alcohol?  Can anyone’s confirm or refute this?  Seems odd that they would still have prohibition.

Bull. Shops sell booze in Khao Lak. And you need it, NOTHING to do there now

There is a restriction on drinking in public places.including restaurants to avoid gatherings

Liquor outlets are "business as usual"

Please enlighten me. The booze-buying restrictions: 11AM-2PM, and afternoon garbage........ There was much smut : it was 'for schools'...............

Spat it big time a few days ago: Tesco POS (point of sales) have a clock. Not quite as accurate as smart-phone! Trying to abide by anal-law, then (almost) defeated by Tesco Express Nth KK!

The mom and pop stores are cheaper than Tesco and don't appear to have any clocks.
