These are the new documents that the consulate asked for a non-b visa.

Documents to be Subimmited in Support of the Application for Visa or Visa Status Alteration

Non-B Working as a Teacher in Thailand

Application for Visa Status Alteration (TM 86)

Application for Visa (TM 87)

Copy of passport

4 x 6 photo

2,000 baht

To be a teacher in government school

1 a letter from the department concerned under the ministry of education or a letter from the governor of the province requesting for a visa

2. employment certificate form, dl from labour department website

3. employment contract

4. diploma and transcript (must show original to the officer)

No it does not help much as you did not say what Consulate asked for those items - which are Immigration forms and not used at Consulates; and you would not use both a TM86 and a TM87 in any case. It appears you are posting the requirements to change a visa entry inside Thailand for teaching.
