richard_smith237
Not necessarily so. In the UK one can ride a Can-Am Ryker or Spider, or a trike on a car license. while Thailand is not the UK there is a huge overlap in rules & regs - thus, rather than assuming a Motorcycle licence is required, it would of course be best to check with the DLT. tifino
but doesn't the DLT shallow-think it; and only let disabled riders onto 3 wheeler?
ktm jeff
What bike does the OP mean ?. Yamaha Tricity is classed as a motorcycle.
moose7117
i have two " salengs" scooters with sidecars bolted to them. you need a motorcycle licence to ride them. a Yamaha tricity is also a motorcycle licence. and as we are not in UK the licence for a Can-Am is debatable. also the Salengs cannot be registered, you must remove sidecar before registering the scooter then reattach the side car. we live in a medium sized beach town so maybe the rules are different in Bangkok.
