Ordered a package of eye solution from Singapore for er indoors on 18th May,not available in Thailand.

 

Almost a month now, according to tracker arrived at Aramex office on 25th May but still waiting for delivery. According to them it is in customs.

Never heard of these people before and on reading online comments they are overwhelmingly not complimentary particularly in terms of tardy delivery.

Now I understand we have the Covid situation but the package has been in Bangkok 3 weeks.

 

Anyone have experience with this company?

 

Any experience with items in customs recently?
