What a shame because Delroy Lindo and Jean Reno are two of my favorite actors. paddypower Posted June 15, 2020 Share Posted June 15, 2020 some very good acting. but too long - unfortunately Lee fell in love (too much) with the concepts of his movie, some of which were very well portrayed (eg the floating market scene). It has ''Hollywood studio accountants'' written all over the introduction of a romantic angle, which pxxxs's me off. I have to admit that yet again, it's a critics' favourite, but the audience reviews have it right - a 70 rather than a 95.
