i think you misunderstand something.

I am in thailand right now !

i plan to go to europe and come back within my visa timespan.

Not being picky but this is where terms can confuse advice given. You have permission of stay that ends Dec 12.

No one knows what reentry requirements will be Dec, esp folk flying from Europe.

Personally I would obtain new extension prior to flying to Europe. Your new extension would be valid till Dec 12/ 2021.

You can apply for new extension 30 days prior to Dec 12. Or 45 days at some offices.

Take CW as example with 45 day window you could obtain extension and then fly Europe ~ late October. You would need reentry permit. Easy to do.

Guess it depends how pressing date wise need to return.

  • Nobody yet knows.

  • Nobody knows what will happen next month. September is impossible to predict.   I'm sorry I cannot help you, but any prediction would be nothing more than speculation.

  • Nobody can answer. My guess is your return 12 September flight is NO WAY. I have flights Saigon in sept and Oct to Vietnam and Dec 1 to Japan. I would bet money I won't to able to use any of them

Recommend the OP keep an eye on this ThaiVisa topic thread to see how things are progressing:
