Does anybody have reports on this relating to Thai Airways and bankruptcy proceedings taking place?The reason I ask is I have on good authority from  the reliable established travel business site of Jon Ollila(Loyalty Lobby)that this is happening as I write!There is a link on this site to the full pdf that outlines the reasons..but at some 200 pages plus I think I'll give that a miss!Thanks guys!

THAI owes like billions to many disgruntled customers and i'm one of them, in opinion we pretty much have done our money in and the chances of recovery part or a whole are very slims, what is going on are just the very first steps of a long and draggy court hearing and in the end THAI will get free out of jail ticket to continue the same same and business as usual like they did before...

If you were, or are a member of THAI Airways Royal Orchid Plus program you should have been receiving e-mails, like I have which shows what they are doing.  Below is the last e-mail I received on June 11th.

Please rest assured that the company shall overcome this crisis, albeit great magnitude, and be ‘Airline of Pride’ which offers the best on-flight services for our valued customers once again. Any update and progress will be further communicated to you via various channels.

       On this occasion, please allow us to express our gratitude for your kind understanding and patronage through these years. It is our greatest hope to be able to serve you again in the near future.
