Imagine how exhausting it is to be a spokesperson for this guy? What a horrible job.

In order to feel regret one must possess consciousness, pride, the ability to take responsibility for ones actions and speech, and be a decent human being.

Turns out that actually about twice as many managed to get through the BLM and ANTIFA protesters and get into the rally as the leftist media reported.

So how many show up for Biden’s rallies?

Tulsa Fire Department says Trump rally attendance was about 6,200

As for the imaginary BLM and ANTIFA protesters...

WASHINGTON—President Trump’s campaign planned for a raucous show of force at a rally in Oklahoma but has found itself in a back-and-forth with critics over crowd size Sunday, as the campaign looked ahead to an event in Arizona on Tuesday.

Trump aides blamed the news media for the smaller-than-expected crowd because of coverage of protests and coronavirus infections leading up to Saturday’s rally in Tulsa, Okla. The campaign also said that protesters outside the arena blocked people from entering, though Wall Street

Journal reporters at the event didn’t see that happen.

Failures?  Let’s see the list.

Show us a list of Trump’s failures.... and then we’ll do a list of his successes and we’ll add ‘em up.

Then we’ll do a list of Obama and Clinton and Biden failures.

   Sound good...comrade?

If you want that anybody prepares a list for you then you are obviously a hopeless case. You know how Hillary called those people...

About 6,000 people in a place which allows 19,000 sounds pretty bad - especially after he declared millions want to see him.

Can you please publish pictures of those protesters in that location at that time. Because reporters who were there didn't see anyone holding Trump fans back.

You mean, like him begging Xi's help to help him win re-election by buying more U.S. agriculture???  Taking them on like that?

Or his tough stance re the Chinese and the CV like the following:

Do you ever bother to actually read the news on such things?

Oh come on. Surely you have read and know about both sides of the Trump coin and the trade war punches that hopefully will continue to go on. Or don't you bother to keep up on current events. He is an i - d . iot  and ofcourse the guy is a flip flop ee but don't just see it your way. I hope he flops back to trade bullying them and being rude regarding the virus, and pushing the S China Sea agenda.

Pretty much no mainstream reporters saw anything like that.

What little did occur supposedly occurred hours before the event, and didn't impact the crowd size inside the arena at all. But of course the Trump campaign is looking for any and all excuses to explain away their embarrassment.

What probably DID impact the crowd size inside the arena was the fact that Oklahoma and Tulsa are having major increases in CV incidence lately, and apparently even some Trump fans exercised a rare display of common sense and good judgment by not going.

[Texas Gov.] Abbott, who has been criticized by local leaders for not issuing a statewide mandate requiring people to wear masks while in public, urged residents Monday to cover their faces to prevent the spread of Covid-19, even if they felt like it would be an “infringement of freedom.”

He said that each of the state’s counties should have the flexibility to implement their own requirements depending on the level of spread in the area.

“Wearing a mask will help us to keep Texas open, because not taking action to slow the spread will cause Covid to spread even worse, risking people’s lives and ultimately leading to the closure of more businesses,” Abbott said.

a basketball or ice hockey team that gets this attendance in that sized arena for their games...they get folded or moved to another market.

And Johns Hopkins, in their latest daily CV update, has more on mask policies growing in various U.S. states lately....

US MANDATORY MASK ORDERS As numerous states report continued increases in COVID-19 incidence, some state and local officials are moving to require citizens to wear masks.
Washington Governor Jay Inslee announced over the weekend that he intends to issue a proclamation mandating mask use in public in Yakima County, which is experiencing increased community transmission, making the current local order enforceable.
...Oregon Governor Kate Brown announced last Wednesday mandatory mask use would be implemented in 7 counties that make up the majority of Oregon’s COVID-19 burden.
...In North Carolina, multiple local jurisdictions have implemented mandatory mask use, and Governor Roy Cooper announced that a prospective proposal this week could mandate mask use statewide.

if this was happening where are the widesrpead videos on YouTube showing this? Surely the Trump 2020 campaign would be showing this and how the "thugs" and "animals" were running rampant and scaring those poor Maganese back to their domiciles.

"It was a comment that he made in jest," White House press secretary Kayleigh McEnany said at a news briefing. She said Trump had not told officials to slow the rate of testing. "He has not directed that," she said. "Any suggestion that testing has been curtailed is not rooted in fact."

McEnany treats the general public as incredibly stupid, but I guess she has little left trying to defend her boss. Long after he's gone, she's still gonna' need to live with this.

'Everybody hurts': Trump's sad 'walk of shame' after Tulsa rally delights critics

Video of Trump disembarking Marine One after lower than expected turnout as his campaign rally has been captioned, narrated and set to music in memes

Here's a good indicator from the same Guardian article of just how much you can believe whatever the current U.S. President's press secretary is selling these days:

Quote

This morning, White House press secretary Kayleigh McEnany insisted on Fox News that Trump was actually happy with the sleepy, low energy crowd. “The president was not angry at all,” she said. “The president was quite energized. I was with him after the rally. It was a huge success. His speech got rave reviews. He was in good spirits on Marine One.”

Ya, he really looks "energized" and in "good spirits".  :cheesy:

i would agree it was a joke.  same as during the 2016 campaign where he requested russian hackers help find hillary's missing 33,000 emails.  yes, that too was a joke.  (hint: ya can't hack a disconnected server that's already been bleach-bitten)

thing is, his joke was in very poor taste.  over 100,000 americans have died from the virus, and the commander in chief, the leader of the free world, makes jokes about it.

deplorable.
