We wrote it but it is not completed like signatures etc A friend kindly used his will as a boilerplate for mine as i was in hospital. I would like to get the details right. While you're free to write your own last will and testament (then signed and witnessed), you'll want to be sure it follows the legal requirements of the country to be binding (accepted). There are many "writing your own will, free" guides on the Internet. There are MANY threads on ThaiVisa regarding Wills (and doing your own).
