As far as I understand this is NOT about the domestic operation of Nok Air.

Not (yet) to be shutdown.

 

"Nok Scoot" was a "spinoff" serving some destinations in Asia outside of Thailand.

And Scoot Air operating from Singapore still exists.

They fight in the difficult market of long haul low cost (Europe, Australia etc.).
