Sadly, it also takes an honest and competent lawyer to do this!

There are none in Thailand.  In my case the same lawyer who formed a company with Thai shareholders, told me ten years down the line, it was illegal and we (ex & me) could both go to jail for his actions!

It's better to be more of a value alive than dead.

I find this story absolutely amazing, the same court gave my ex house, car, motorbikes.

I was left with nothing, not even my clothes that were in the house.

Sad mate, but this is the selfish injustice of the Thai legal system. It happens again and again and about time that Thailand was more honest with persons like you who were robbed.

Or get a woman that actually earns an income, preferably one higher than yours.

Our house is in my wife's name and she makes the monthly mortgage payments from her paycheck.

Does she work in a Pattaya bar ?
