Read the original, full link that The Thaiger got this from.  This only applies to those with medical requirements so it looks as though it won't change much, for most, in any way at all.

This comes from someone who worked in Amsterdam and lived close. I have not seen the problems you describe. But they can happen. Though the problems from alcohol are far worse. So its better to do a joint then a glas of beer.

Alcohol does far worse and is legal. 

 

Violence from alcohol is far worse. 

 

As for carnage on the roads.. that is something that has to be taken into account like the harddrug alcohol the soft drug weed influences driving. Anyone using it in a car should be locked up. I have no tolerance for people who are drunk or stoned and drive a car or motorbike.
