Pattaya: Decomposing body in the sea believed to be missing crewman

Pattaya police and Sawang Boriboon water rescue services responded after a decomposing body was found off the Pattaya coast.

 

The man was dressed in jeans shorts and a black top and had been dead for about three days.

 

There were no injuries on the body but also no ID. 

 

He was found floating about 2 kilometers from Koh Sak, an island around 600 meters from Koh Larn. 

 

77kaoded reported that they were told by a rescue official that the man is likely a crewman on a boat who was reported to police as missing earlier.

...more like 7-9 days then up she comes..from drowning to about 7 days, the body stays submerged. (Known Forensic Science fact).
