Hi all,

I have a website that takes payment from credit cards through the mentioned bank's e-payment facility.

Most transactions are problematic: the bank usually blames the customers card as being unauthorised to make internet transactions. This may be true but before every transaction the customers are asked to check their card has authority; the bank also said that customers may be moving to another page before the page has fully downloaded and that customers need to open the page with IE6.0 or 7.0.

This has become a serious problem because 1) I have lost customers and 2) once a customer reported they couldn't make payment but when I checked my log it showed payment had been made despite the customer and myself receiving payment fail notices. The bank initially gave me the old "customers card not authorised ..." but when I showed them the money had been taken from the customers card they then changed story to "our server was very busy" <deleted>! What does the customer think? They could interpret this as a con!

I've looked at Paypal and Bangkok Bank (recommended by a friend) aren't interested.

Any suggestions?
